Maintenance Assistant (Permanent) LDN PB Key Responsibilities: Undertake general property maintenance & repairs throughout our properties including carpentry, tiling, decoration with general repairs to doors, windows & locking systems. Building of minor timber structures like sheds, crates & kennels etc. Installation & repairs gutters and drainpipe systems. General repairs of basic plumbing.
