Maintenance Assistant (Permanent) LDN PB Key Responsibilities: Undertake general property maintenance & repairs throughout our properties including carpentry, tiling, decoration with general repairs to doors, windows & locking systems. Building of minor timber structures like sheds, crates & kennels etc. Installation & repairs gutters and drainpipe systems. General repairs of basic plumbing. Source materials from local suppliers and manufacturers. Assist other staff members as required. Provide cover for colleagues in times of absence and on – call assistance. Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard. Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is always delivered to the client.
