Gi Group are recruiting for Production / Assembly team members to join McLaren Composites Technology Centre We are looking for dedicated, talented individuals seeking a career and for the right people there are permanent opportunities in the pipeline after a temporary trial period. As a McLaren Production Team Member, you will be working in a small multifunctional team where you are empowered to improve the way they do things; particularly around quality, cost control, productivity and safety. The main role profile will be working in manufacturing within a variety of different roles including moulding, ironing, and general assembly. Working Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm shift Pay rates: - 13.64 per hour up to 40 hours per week. 20.47 per hour after 40 hours and Saturdays 27.29 per hour for Sunday overtime.
