We are recruiting for Trainee Technicians / Packers and Lead Technicians / machine operatives to work on a permanent basis for an expanding Manufacturing company. Full training will be provided. Duties will include: Correct removal and fitting of extrusion tools onto lines. Safely stripping and cleaning Extrusion tools. Preparing lines for startup with basic safety and operational checks being completed. Preparing and loading the correct materials onto line. Safe and correct start up and shutdown of lines with full fault identification and reporting. Following master conditions and amending with approval where necessary to achieve correct product quality. Product quality and specification checks and first off approval.
