Key Responsibilities PPM Execution: Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines on both electrical and mechanical building services assets. Reactive Maintenance: Provide efficient and rapid response to all general reactive maintenance tasks and emergency faults across the commercial site.
