Maintenance Technician We're seeking a proactive, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance of buildings at various locations in the UK. Key Responsibilities Carry out general building maintenance, including repairs to electrical, plumbing, and cladding as needed. Operate suitable plant equipment safely (e.g., cherry picker and/or scissor lift) - IPAF licence mandatory . Liaise with external contractors where necessary. Follow safe systems of work in line with CDM Regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records. Schedule 40 hours per week - rota'd shifts between Monday and Friday, 08:00 to 17:30.
