Job Description: Individuals in MCA are responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive and robust Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA), also known as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and the execution of control activities thus improving identification and remediation of significant control issues and operational risk events in a timely manner. Within the MCA Compliance Risk team more specifically, this involves establishing and maintaining frameworks for mapping various regulatory publications, ensuring accurate control linkages for Legal Entities and Countries, and implementing robust monitoring mechanisms for regulatory coverage changes.  The role demands a proactive approach to managing regulatory risks and ensuring compliance within the MCA infrastructure.
