We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join the Ripley office of a well-respected East Midlands practice serving clients for over 100 years. What you'll be doing: • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection cases. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external contacts. • Uphold and promote the firm's positive image and reputation. • Support colleagues, Directors, and Heads of Department with marketing, training, and other initiatives. • Supervise and assist junior and support staff, including recruitment and training where required. • Use case management, billing, and financial systems effectively. • Work flexibly to complete tasks and undertake other duties as appropriate. • Foster teamwork and collaboration across the firm. • Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements. • Adhere to firm policies on...
