Role Description Act as the senior, trusted legal adviser on FNZ’s global reward and compensation frameworks, including equity incentive programs and management remuneration structures across all regions (North America, UK, EU and APMEA, including South Africa) Provide strategic, commercially focused and legally robust advice on the design, implementation and governance of compensation arrangements Partner closely with Legal, People, Finance and Management to ensure reward structures are scalable, compliant and aligned with FNZ’s strategic objectives.
