Join MSV and help us ensure we can access our customers' homes when essential work needs to be carried out. We're looking for a proactive and organised professional to provide case management, coordination and paralegal support across a range of access enforcement matters. Working closely with our Solicitor - Disrepair & Enforcement and operational teams, you'll manage cases from initial referral through to resolution, supporting pre-action activity, injunctions, warrants and court proceedings. Our Solicitor will provide you with direction and where appropriate, supervision. You'll help achieve voluntary access wherever possible, while ensuring cases are progressed efficiently in order that MSV meets its landlord, statutory and regulatory responsibilities across areas including compliance, health and safety, repairs and Awaab's Law.
