Amongst your day-to-day duties, you will: Carry out all necessary conflict, money laundering and ID checks Undertake a range of admin duties including the completion of forms, managing diaries and travel, expenses, research, drafting of documentation, booking of events, meeting preparation and more Liaise with other areas of the business such as accounts/marketing teams Provide Audio typing (Bighand) and copy typing as required Liaise with clients and third parties as instructed by Lawyers Attend to clients, delivering documentation as/when required Provide reception cover when needed It's extremely important that you are motivated and can demonstrate a "can do" approach.
