Key Responsibilities: Lead the Data & Insights function for the National Pensions Connection Service, providing strategic direction for reporting, analytics, monitoring and performance management. Develop and communicate a clear vision for how data and insight will support operational performance, service improvement and long-term strategic objectives. Establish and maintain a single, trusted source of performance information across the pensions dashboards ecosystem.
