Ensure equipment is stored and maintained in a clean and tidy condition. Report the need for equipment, structural, and fabric repairs. Wash crockery, cutlery, and utensils Daily clean of kitchen areas Daily clean of kitchen equipment Keep store areas neat and tidy Keep fridges & freezers organised - rotate new stock to ensure minimum waste Provide porter support re deliveries Provide porter support to as requested by TLD management Carry out other duties as maybe reasonably...
