Our client Cambridgeshire County Council is looking for a Team Manager to join their MASH service. MASH Manager managers the day to day function of the service for all new referrals for children and families. They supervise Senior practitioners and Social workers and have overall responsibly for their team. They are on a duty rota to deal with all high risk children and work alongside partners to ensure the right service is initiated when needed to safeguard children. They work in line with Working together guidance and CA04. They adhere to policies and procedures and ensure that they work alongside the Early Help team managers.
