Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Change Management on an 18 month fixed term contract on a project role, acting as the expert with regards to people related matters for an organisation wide reorganisation. Working alongside and advising SLT in a unionised, complex education establishment. The role pays up to £67,000 per annum with generous benefits, is based in West Midlands and offers 3 days working from home per week. This suitable candidate must be a Change specialist who has worked collaboratively on large scale re-originations from end to end and has the gravitas to advise Senior Leadership on people related matters.
