Overview Working as part of our existing HR team, we require an HR Advisor to support the HR administrative and Employee Relations functions and make a positive contribution to the Company's future growth. Responsibilities The Role: To advise and support managers and employees on generalist HR issues such as disciplinary, grievance, staff transfers, employment law, employment contract variations, employee relations and performance management. Responsibility for the management, monitoring, and adherence of the Dunbia Sickness Absence Policy and Procedure and generalist administrative support.
