The purpose of the role is to provide proactive People Business Partnering advice to the business that aligns People strategy with commercial decision making. The role acts as a trusted partner and owns the internal client relationship. The role will be required to play a key role in the significant growth in the region, which will require strategic support. This role reaches across all People Team disciplines and is responsible for driving succession, talent, resource and reward planning within the business areas amongst other deliverables. It works in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reward, People Services, Diversity & Inclusion, M&A and all other People function to take ownership of implementing people solutions that help achieve commercial goals.
