The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall HR function for the business. You will manage a generalist remit, Review and develop policies & processes, report on HR metrics and attend meetings with the senior leadership team, manage appraisals, coach and advise management on process, recruitment & onboarding, and Employee relations.
