Robert Half are exclusively partnered with a well-established manufacturing business based in North Norfolk, who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller. This role will take full ownership of the finance function and will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director with financial insight, control and strategic decision-making. The position manages the day-to-day finance operations and leads a small on-site finance team. To be successful in this role you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or have demonstrable manufacturing experience, with strong experience of management accounts, cashflow forecasting and statutory reporting.
