You will carry out a range of general maintenance, responsive repairs and planned works, helping to ensure properties are safe, well maintained and presented to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance including decorating, basic carpentry, flooring, plumbing, door and window repairs and changing light bulbs.
