Maintenance Operative Permanent, full time We are recruiting a Maintenance Operative to support the day to day running of a high quality residential building in Manchester. This is a varied, hands on position suited to somebody with a strong general maintenance / Handyman background who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, presentable and working properly for residents. You will be the main maintenance presence within the building, responding to repair requests, completing planned checks and resolving issues efficiently. Larger or more specialist works will be supported by a regional technical team and external contractors.
