ROLE SUMMARY Digital Operations Agentic Lead – Senior Manager within the Digital Manufacturing Agents team is responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling agentic AI systems across Pfizer’s manufacturing network in support of the Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) operating system. The role leads the delivery of production-grade AI agents that access knowledge, synthesize information, support decision-making, and execute work alongside manufacturing colleagues – including the evolution of the Digital Operations Centre (DOC) into an intelligent, agent-enabled manufacturing experience.
