Building Services Manager We have an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Manager (M&E) to join our Bristol office and provide support for our projects in the South West region. The successful Building Services Manager will lead and coordinate the MEP process from project inception through to post-completion using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise. Reporting to the Head of Building Services, you will work alongside our preconstruction and delivery teams to carry out technical reviews of tender documents, liaise with the estimating team and supply chain partners and adjust designs accordingly as and when required.
