The selected candidate will be responsible for the leadership, management and regulatory oversight of an Ofsted-regulated Supported Accommodation Service, supporting young people aged up to the age of 17. In this role, the selected candidate will play a key role in the management and overseeing the service to ensure it is safe, effective and fully compliant with regulatory and safeguarding requirements. The selected candidate will lead and develop the team whilst making sure young people in their care receive high-quality, individualised support that promotes their independence, safety, wellbeing and positive transition into adulthood.
