We re working with a well-established main contractor who is looking to bring an experienced Building Services Manager into their Edinburgh team. This is a hands-on position where you ll influence decisions, shape delivery, and make sure M&E is properly integrated from day one through to handover. The role; You ll sit within the senior project team and take ownership of all building services elements across the lifecycle of projects. That means being involved early during tender and pre-construction, right through design development, delivery on site, commissioning, and final handover. A big part of the job is spotting issues before they become problems.
