The Head of Marketing Capabilities is responsible for driving and implementing best-in-class marketing technology platforms and tools to deliver against Citi’s Services strategic vision of generating always-on and personalized marketing offers. The individual in this role will inform, plan, and deliver Citi Services Marketing’s Technology stack to attract new prospects and engage our institutional clients. This role is critical to the organization as they will build a team to define and deliver on Citi Services’ MarTech roadmap that is designed for ease of use, automating, and speed to market to deliver seamless digital customer experiences that are personalized and relevant.
