As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you'll support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Manchester Arndale store. This includes helping to manage and develop a team of 13 retail optical assistants, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.In this role, you'll play a key part in driving sales performance through your team, coaching and supporting them to deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand.
