Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of construction and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to final account. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, procurement, subcontract management, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered commercially, contractually, and in line with business objectives. The role requires a commercially minded individual with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working within construction, civil engineering, rail or major infrastructure environments.
