The Role and About You If you are an experienced heavy engineering professional ready to take the next step into a team leadership role, this is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with responsibility for planning, organising and leading a skilled engineering team. As Team Leader, you will be a hands-on leader, spending part of your time working alongside the team and using your mechanical expertise, while also taking ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the department.
