It's with a growing MEP consultancy whose Kent office focuses on the technical end of the process, producing RIBA Stage 4 detailed design and construction-level information through to commissioning, much of it for mechanical and electrical contractors. The business has three offices across the South East and East of England, with Kent as its original and busiest office. Each office runs as its own business, but projects and people move freely between them, and the client base is loyal, with around 90% of clients returning and most work won through negotiation rather than tender.
