Randstad are recruiting for a Freelance Site Agent for a major infrastructure Project in Brackley, Northamptonshire. This role is 600 - 650 a day PAYE, inside IR35. The successful candidate will be working for Tier 1 main Contractors in Joint venture for a number of years. You will have experience in Drainage, earthworks or Structures As a Site Agent , you will be a cornerstone of the project's success. You aren't just managing a site; you are driving the construction strategy. You will balance technical engineering oversight with commercial acumen and team leadership. Core Responsibilities 1.
