This is a 6 month contract that is fully onsite located in the Portsmouth area Maritime Engineering Technical Support Officer responsible for: Provide an overview of vessel operational performance and forward look of vessel maintenance planning, escalating issues to senior managers and presenting solutions. Provide technical direction to maintain overall compliance within statuary Class and Flag State rules, rectify defects and identify fleet wide performance issues and continuous improvements across all platforms. Keeping abreast of Regulatory Code changes and evaluate their impact, liaising with operators' superintendents regarding compliance issues as appropriate.
