Mechanical Fitter Role A global manufacturing business located in Salfords, Redhill specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of a range of static tension and/or compression testing machines, including specialist grips, fixtures and applications are seeking a Mechanical Fitter. Salary: 28- 30k based on experience Postcode: RH1 5DZ (Redhill) Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8.00 - 16.30, Fri - 8.00 - 16:00 As a Mechanical Fitter you will: Mechanically assemble and build material testing machines, mechanical and pneumatic grips and other precise instruments, mechanically fitting parts including wiring looms and electronic looms and electronic displays. Complete paperwork i.e. works orders etc. Assist in annual stock count. Ensure targets are met. Ensure parts are collated, fitted and adapted where necessary to equipment ready for testing.
