Property Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor (Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Responsible for carrying out or supervising the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems by in house property team and external contractors throughout all our properties and checking work is completed to a satisfactory standard and within a timely manner. Work closely with subcontracted maintenance contractors on schedule of maintenance work throughout all properties and plan to a yearly schedule. Provide weekly and monthly reports. Work on developing maintenance software with the IT department to capture all maintenance programs and records. Liaise with departments to arrange for all mechanical and electrical works to be carried out in various properties.
