Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Chatham, Kent Contract: Fixed Term Contract Hours: Full Time Salary: Dependent on experience Academics are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in a welcoming mainstream primary school in Chatham. This rewarding role will involve working predominantly with Year 4 pupils, delivering targeted small-group interventions and learning activities to support academic progress across the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge, particularly in English and Mathematics, is essential. The successful candidate will also provide some 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with additional needs, including autism, anxiety and sensory processing differences.
