Learning Support Practitioner - Focus provision pupils

Aspire People are recruiting on behave of one of schools in Smethwick Learning Support Practitioner to work across both schools within our Focus Provision for Autism. As specialised support staff, you will be responsible for providing individual and small group support within the Focus Provision classes. You will work alongside the class teacher and Focus Provision team to create resources, including providing visual aids to support understanding, developing key vocabulary and supporting children with specific targets. You will be working with a range of children across the primary age range and need to be flexible and adaptable to each child's needs.
