The post holders will operate as part of a team within the General NEET Team working closely with a team of engagement professionals. They will offer one to one support to young people to find, return to or retain employment. The role will involve undertaking weekly home visits and meeting young people in the community plus engaging with employers and employment agencies to keep people in employment as well as securing employment opportunities.
