If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Customer Service Advisor for a Contact Centre in Kirkby, Liverpool! About the Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound calls. Your calm and empathetic approach will help guide customers through their inquiries, ensuring they receive the support they need during critical moments. Working Pattern: Full-time position with a 6-week rolling rota.
