As a Renewals Account Manager/Senior Renewals Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in renewing, upgrading, and extending customer contracts. Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Renewals Account Manager you will be responsible for: Ensure timely renewals within a four-month window, including holding handover and renewal meetings. Send professional, high-quality renewal proposals and identify upsell opportunities.
