Our client based in Langley, a specialist medical technology business, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join them. In this role the successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining smooth operations, supporting business activities, and delivering excellent customer service. You'll coordinate demonstrations, manage contracts, and work cross-functionally to ensure customers receive timely, accurate and professional support.
