Capita is looking for an experienced Administrator to work within our regulated Financial Services division on a key Life & Pensions client. The role will involve processing and entering phone/paper enquiries related data into the computer, handling customer service inquiries and problems via phone, paper, and mail. You will be required to be flexible to work across all back-office teams if support is required. Full training will be provided. Customer experience is something that is very important to us and making our customers happy will be your number one priority.
