We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Developer Enablement in our CTO organization. This role blends product and UX expertise - you'll manage stakeholders, shape roadmaps, and translate business vision into wireframes and polished designs. Working alongside our Developer Enablement team, you'll help build and mature our product and UX capabilities across the group. Where you’ll work You'll begin with Release on Demand , our platform that enables engineering teams to deploy code to production frequently while maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment. This 3-year-old platform serves thousands of engineers' bank-wide and is projected to deliver $50 million in savings this year alone.
