Passive Fire Surveyor 250/day Midlands (various) DCS are recruiting for an experienced passive fire surveyor to carry out inspections of compartmentation in residential settings across the East and West Midlands. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of surveying wall/floor penetrations and be familiar with software applications to record all data. You will also hold formal certification to demonstrate your competence at carrying out inspections. It is imperative that you are familiar with firestopping and have a sound technical knowledge of fire retardant products. NVQ2 Passive Fire Protection is desirable. This is a customer facing role with tenants in situ. As such, it is important that you remain polite and professional at all times.
