Electrician (Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Perform general property maintenance and electrical installation work. Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations. Install and modify electrical systems for both single-phase and three-phase equipment. Install and maintain LED lighting and emergency lighting systems. Perform repairs and corrective work on internal and external wiring systems. Diagnose wiring faults and manage electrical systems in plant rooms, including motors, pumps, and fan coil units (FCUs). Follow site plans and schematic drawings accurately.
