Gi group are working with McLaren Automotive to add an experienced automotive paint sprayer t the paint shop team. This role is an initial fixed term contract for 3 months. Working Monday to Friday 5:30am - 2:15pm with potential overtime on weekends. Pay rates 19.47 per hour Monday to Friday 29.21 per hour after 40 hours and Saturdays 38.94 per hour Sundays and bank holidays. You will be specifically Paint shop reporting to the Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring a seamless and efficient operation within the application of paint is at it's very best within one of our built-in quality areas, ensuring production continue a consistent, high quality application process. What You'll Do Understand practical problem-solving methods and rework instructions. Escalate any issues found within the built-in quality stations and rectify to process standard Ensure 5s within your work area in line with McLaren expectations....
