IT Service Desk Analyst Apprentice (Level 3) We welcome applications for this support post to take up post as soon as possible, or by August 2026 at the latest, for a period of circa 21 months. The Role The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Provide first-line technical support Apply technical understanding to categorise incidents accurately Support ITIL-lite processes i.e. (Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge).
