The business operates within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on reliability, consistency and protecting customer trust. The Administrator will support the day-to-day administration and customer experience working core hours of 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities of an Administrator: Support with inbound operational communication (calls, emails and general enquiries), logging, classifying and progressing these using defined triage processes.
