You will be supporting the company to help assess online applications, respond to enquiries and deliver support to individuals. Your key responsibilities will include: Working with the companies application portal to perform basic checks on applicant eligibility (checking employment history and supporting documents). Preparing the weekly documents ready for the company, compiling information already prepared by the team into a Word document and cross checking with the spreadsheet. Using an ID check platform to verify applicant details, being alert to the potential for fraud.
