The HR Administration & Operations Support Officer is a key member of the Sizewell C Security Team, providing first-class administrative support to the team. The HR Administration & Operations Support Officer is tasked to coordinate the administration of HR documents, staff records, and reviewing company policies, ensuring legal compliance, recording sickness and filing employee cases and creating statistical reports. General administration functions will require the successful candidate to have excellent communication and IT skills, and the ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
