We are looking for a people focused Administrator to join our client's small, friendly and busy office team based in Henley-on-Thames. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, systems and detailed administration in a supportive, family-friendly environment. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, supporting surveyors and engineers, managing schedules, and ensuring office systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will have experience in scheduling and managing diaries, looking after engineers and planning.
